Today I had an appointment at 10:30 with Rainbow. I was coming in for Powder gel mani and Regular Pedi. I had an appt with 1 person not 3. Today was my worst experience in this nail salon. The one thing that pisses me off is when I am bypassed and turned over to another person and yet, another. We arrived 10:15, my sister was done a finished 40 minutes earlier… my toes hadn’t even been painted. No one acknowledged me and were taking on new customers before finishing my mani/pedi. My niece and 3 of her friends came in at 11:00 and were done before my toes were even done. The massage girl was put in middle and filed and prepared feet for pedicure, only to tell me someone else will be painting… all nail techs at their station working on new customers that came in. I paid the bill but did not tip the girls who passed over me, disregard my appt and customer frustration . I was ignored but when paying and no tip, was noted and expected tip. Poor customer service … done with them and lost my business and generous tips.
